Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner PakkettenFabriek. We're processing your order within 24 hours. In the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order the working day after shipment. For all the foreign orders, please check out the table below for specific shipping rates and delivery times. You can also keep an eye on your mailbox: you'll be informed step by step about your delivery.

Please note: once your package has left PakkettenFabriek and is out of our hands, we can not be held responsible for the exact delivery time. This is due to unexpected delays at the shipping companies to whom we have transferred your Ateljé goodies.

Fun eco fact! Most of our shipments in NL are delivered by bike, which is the most sustainable option out there :)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 
Oh oh! Want to return a product? You can. You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your items. We don't cover return costs

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete. Ateljé has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition. 

Exchange isn't possible. If you ordered the wrong product, please return (see steps below) and place a new order.

Tip: double check beforehand if you've ordered the right iPhone size. Once an order is placed, our handling company almost instantly starts packing it for you.

not possible to make any changes to your order after it’s placed.


RETURNING IS EASY AS THIS

To request a return, please register your return here and follow the steps in our return process.

As soon as we have received the item(s), the item(s) will go through a quality control check.

Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated. 

Please note we do not cover return costs, which means these forwarding-charges will be for your own account. For more information or questions, send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.
